Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Registry Route is a free, open B2B routing directory. No logins. No accounts. No forms. This page describes the limited data we collect and how it's used.

What we don't collect

Registry Route does not require registration or login. No personally identifiable information is needed to use any feature on this site. The state search and entity lookup tools operate entirely client-side — your queries are not transmitted to or stored by Registry Route servers.

1. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand general usage patterns — which states are searched, how often the site is used, and from what general geography. This data is aggregated and anonymized.

GA4 sets cookies and collects standard browser signals (IP address, device type, referral source). This data is processed by Google under their Privacy Policy.

2. Fonts (Google Fonts)

Registry Route loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. This causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

3. Cookies

The only cookies set on this site are GA4 analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*), set by Google and expiring after 2 years. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party retargeting of any kind.

4. Third-party services

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for advertising or commercial purposes.

5. External links

Registry Route links to official state Secretary of State portals and government agency websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. Always verify entity status directly with the relevant state authority.

6. Children's privacy

Registry Route is a professional B2B tool intended for adults in commercial lending and compliance. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Registry Route after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
